This Pizza Is Made With A Full Batch Of Garlic Knots And A Calzone

Like 99% of the human population, I love pizza. A wise person on an insignificant TV show once said that pizza is their favorite food because you can put anything on it. That seems to be the mantra at Joe's Rotisseria. They make pizzas that are topped with an entire calzone and a ring of garlic knots. Those pies are called the "Triple Threat.”

Pizza dough is spread onto a buttered pan that seems a size too small for what comes next. The calzone fillings are put on one side and the dough is stretched over to make the calzone. Next, a ring of garlic knots encase said calzone. Finally, the pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings finish it all off.

The Triple Threat OG has a pepperoni calzone, garlic knots, and out with a pepperoni pizza. But that's tame. You can mix and match different pizza combos for your own Triple Threat pizza - the limit does not exist. He has put everything from Doritos to sliders on a pizza. They have a "menu" on their website, their real menu is on Instagram. It's where you'll find his latest and craziest creations.

But if you're really hungry, then you can try the Triple Threat Mega Slice which is exactly what it sounds like - just imagine the pizza part is tripled in size. And yet, people still will come in just for a plain slice.

Find it all at Joe's Rotisseria in Roselle Park and Asbury Park, New Jersey.
